This hand-drawn dotwork piece represents the small but mighty Golden Poison Frog, scientifically known as Phyllobates terribilis. Its bright golden hue warns potential predators that it’s dangerous to eat — it holds one of the most powerful toxins in the animal kingdom —, allowing it to roam the rainforests of western Colombia with confidence.
